These days, creating a SUCCESSFUL website requires a broad range of skill and talents. With over 17 years of experience and a diverse background, I can offer you the following must have's no matter what type of business you are in:

MARKETING. I can help you shape your message and ideas into a professional site plan. Before we even begin the design stage, this is the most important step for the whole project. I can help you decide what to emphasize and what to leave out. I can teach you about social networking and other campaigns as needed, and help decide how (if at all) we can make use of them. I think out of the box when it comes to marketing and believe that a cohesive plan right from the beginning is the key to success.

DESIGN. I will deliver an attractive, stylish and modern design that is made specifically to present your message in the best possible way. Believe it or not, it's possible to hire a good designer AND competent programmer. Normally I create designs from scratch and present mockups for your approval. If you're on a budget, I am also open to using a 3rd party template although an original design does have its advantages.

USER EXPERIENCE. I will create a site that will not only make you look good but will be easy to understand and navigate for the user. Consistency and simplicity of use are always emphasized in every area. As a professional, I keep very current with usability standards and what is working and what isn't for your audiences.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT. One of the most important (yet frequently overlooked) factors of a successful site, to both people and the search engines, is adding REGULAR and FREQUENT new content. All sites come with a CMS such as Drupal, Joomla or Wordpress. This means that you will be able to make your own updates and changes without needing any technical skills. This could include adding new pages, products, blog posts, managing users, menus, images etc. depending on the type of site you have.

SEO (search engine optimization). I can help you plan good SEO from beginning to end. Good SEO includes many areas and for best results involves ongoing content writing and social networking (I don't offer this but I can coach you if you're interested).

MOBILE and RESPONSIVE DESIGN. Creating a site that is optimized for both small and large screens is now a very important consideration. I offer mobile/responsive designs at two levels. All new sites will receive a basic responsive design at no additional cost. While the site will appear respectable at smaller sizes, it can take a lot of time to do individually optimized versions for multiple sizes. More detailed and polished responsive designs available at an additional cost.

PROFESSIONAL. I am easy to communicate with and always get the job done, and done well. There are plenty of people who do cheap work (the industry is not regulated) but can your business really afford to be cheap? These days, a website is one of the biggest (if not biggest) investments you can make. I think you will appreciate that we didn't cut corners and took to the time to focus on launching a site that will meet or surpass your goals and represent your business in the best possible light.
